The City
济南是一座历史文化名城，现存明府城距今已有640余年历史，拥有大量的历史街区与古城遗留。近年来，济南市按照“东拓西进南控北跨”理念快速发展，东部新城，西部新城，以及黄河北的济南新旧动能转换先行区正在迅速崛起。
Jinan is a historic and cultural city. The existing Mingfu City has a history of more than 640 years with a large number of blocks and remains of the old city. In recent years, Jinan City has developed rapidly following the guidelines of “promoting expansion in the eastern part of the city, development in the western part, controlling development in the southern part and crossing the River to the northern part”. The New City areas in the Eastern and Western parts as well as the Jinan Pilot Zone for Replacing Old Growth Drivers with New Ones to the north of the Yellow River are rapidly emerging.
明府城，是济南城市历史遗存最集中、文化积淀最深厚的区域，拥有曲水亭街、百花洲、府学文庙、题壁堂古建筑群等历史遗存，堪称老济南的“活化石”。
Mingfu City is an area with the most historic and cultural sites in the city. It boasts historic sites such as Qushuiting Street, Hundred Flower Pond, Fuxue Confucian Temple, and the ancient building complex represented by Tibi Hall, which are the “living fossils” of the old Jinan.
中央商务区(CBD)，位于济南市东部，处于城市发展主轴经十路上，北至工业南路、南至经十路、西至华阳路、东至奥体西路，总面积约3.2平方公里，为金融机构主聚集、省级总部企业主营业、高端服务业主发展区。
The Central Business District (CBD) in the eastern part of the City is situated on the Jingshi Road, an artery for urban development, stretching to Gongyenan Road to the north, Jingshi Road to the south, Huayang Road to the west, and Aotixi Road to the east. Covering an area of about 3.2 square kilometers, CBD houses financial institutions, provincial headquarters of enterprises, and high-end service providers.
