新时代泉边故事｜光阴记录者 一本写了37年的家庭账本

　　“从1985年开始，有的时候这个钱不知道花到哪里去了，心里没数，俺们两个就商量记个账吧，一直到现在……”

　　37年，一摞账本。姜慧龙、刘巧云夫妇的家庭账本从1985年开始记录，至今没有间断。

　　20世纪80年代，姜慧龙夫妇每个月的工资加起来一共110多元，为了合理安排每个月的工资，俩人商量着记录每日消费情况，做好开支计划。

　　37年间，中国经济飞速发展，居民收入水平不断提高。根据山东省统计局出版的《山东统计年鉴》，1985年山东省人均全年可支配收入为747.56元，1995年山东省人均全年可支配收入为4264.08元，2007年山东省人均全年可支配收入为14264.70元。

　　从37年前姜慧龙夫妇两人每月工资加起来110元，到现在姜慧龙一人每月退休金5200元，居民收入发生了巨大的变化。虽然姜慧龙夫妇的可支配收入越来越多，不用再和之前一样将每月工资做支出规划，但记账已经成了两人的习惯。

　　“每天记记看看，出去上哪玩去了，买了什么东西，记一记心里挺愉快的。买点保健品啊，吃点阿胶、西洋参，出去旅游旅游，业余时间逛逛公园、打打太极拳，回去以后没事就看看书读读报。现在生活真的是芝麻开花节节高，一年比一年好。”

　　近年来，济南市奋力推动济南发展由“量的积累”向“质的跃升”转变，大幅增进民生福祉，让群众生活更有保障。截至发稿前，2022年前三季度济南市居民人均可支配收入36623元，同比增长4.8%。济南坚持用情用力、兜牢底线，民生保障水平稳步提升，实施扩大中等收入群体计划，预计城乡居民人均可支配收入增速高于GDP增速。

In our spare time, we go for a walk in the park, practice taijiquan, or readat home. Life is getting better every year.”

　　In recent years, the development of Jinan has shifted from“quantitative accumulation”to“qualitative leap”. The welfare of the people in Jinan has been greatly improved and their lives have been more secure.As of the video broadcast, the per capita disposable income of Jinan residents in the first three quarters of 2022 was 36623 yuan, up 4.8% year-on-year, according to the government work report released during the second session of the 18th People's Congress of Jinan on December 26, 2022. Jinan adheres to the principle of making full use of the situation and holding the bottom line, steadily improving the level of livelihood security, and implementing the plan to expand the middle-income group.
